Community rules

1. Respect other players. No harassment, threats, hate, or sharing someone’s private information.
2. Play fairly. No self-bots, scripts, or automation used to gain an unfair advantage. Do not exploit bugs or duplicate items; report suspected issues privately.
3. Trade honestly. Do not scam, impersonate staff, misrepresent an offer, or ask for another player’s account credentials. Review every trade before confirming it.
4. Keep channels usable. Follow each server’s channel rules and avoid spam, raids, and disruptive behavior.
5. Follow Discord’s rules. Use Stelle consistently with Discord’s Community Guidelines and the rules of your server.
6. Report problems responsibly. Contact the team through the main Discord with relevant card codes and message links. Never send passwords, tokens, or payment-card details.

Moderation and appeals

Proposed approach: review reports in context, apply proportionate restrictions, and provide a way to request a review. The final enforcement and appeal process will be published after approval.

Website privacy notes

What this website does

The website displays card and cosmetic previews, aggregate bot statistics, and command information. Account linking is being prepared for the Railway website; it is not enabled in this preview. There is no payment form.

Planned Discord account linking

Once enabled, linking requests your Discord identity, not your email, messages, or server list. The website will show your own cards, wish list, bonds, and rank in a private, read-only account view. An encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie lasts up to eight hours; signing out clears it. Discord access and refresh tokens are not stored in that cookie or the game database.

Community showcases

Player showcases require explicit permission and manual review. Linking Discord does not publish your collection. Ask the team in the main Discord if you want a featured submission removed.

Browser storage

The optional card shortlist is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can remove saved cards in the interface or clear this site’s browser data. Market watch selections are temporary interface state.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process request and access information to serve the site. Following an invite or community link takes you to Discord, where Discord’s own terms and privacy policy apply. Character art credits are listed separately.

Before final publication

The final privacy notice must identify the operator and contact method, confirm provider practices and retention periods, explain applicable privacy rights, and cover the Discord bot’s data separately. These notes are not a complete privacy policy.

Purchases & refunds

Eclipse Coin purchases are coming soon. No prices, payment methods, refund exclusions, or delivery promises are approved by this draft.

Required before checkout opens

1. Publish the seller’s identity, customer-support contact, eligible regions, currencies, prices, and any applicable taxes.
2. Explain account linking, coin delivery, failed or duplicate payments, and how purchase issues are resolved.
3. Approve clear cancellation, refund, and dispute terms that respect applicable consumer rights.
4. Confirm age requirements, payment-provider terms, currency usage rules, and privacy disclosures.
